I have always been fascinated by the complexity of the body and the science of health. In High School, I enjoyed studying biology and became intrigued by the various approaches to medicine and holistic health care. This deepened when I started Massage Therapy training, where I gained an appreciation for the connection between physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. In 2014, I completed my education and certification in Edmonton, and since then I have been privileged to work with clients implementing this passion for wholesome living and helping people reconnect with physical and muscular health.
What I enjoy most is connecting with respective patients and working together to achieve their goals. To do this, I use a variety of massage techniques including Swedish relaxation, deep tissue, myofascial release and sports massage, while calibrating the pressure and intensity to the specific circumstances of each session. I enjoy incorporating breath-work and centering techniques as methods of releasing stress and enabling physical relief.
My personal goal is to refine my practice by growing in sensitivity to the needs of each individual client, while pursuing further knowledge and technical education.
