We are happy to be open to help our clientele!
We will be emailing all clients a COVID19 assessment 2hours before every appointment to be filled out before you come into the clinic. If it is not filled out then there will be a paper copy that will need to be filled out before you come into the clinic. At this time we would ask that all clients bring their own masks as we have a limited amount on hand.
